How
it works
The
service is easy to use, most locations do not require an appointment. The stores will have you fill out a Multimedia Solutions
order form. They will record what you are dropping off, they will not ask you for money. All monetary transactions
are handled directly by Multimedia Solutions, LLC.

a order form to fill out or if at anytime your not sure of anything, please do not hesitate to contact us at our East Haven

Pickup
Schedules
Our
schedule for pickups depends if any jobs have been dropped off at any of the locations. We are currently going to these locations
weekly.
Rush
Jobs
We
can often accommodate rush jobs from these locations. Please call us and let us know that it's a rush job and we will make
arrangements to pick up your media as quick as possible, so that we can meet your deadline.

You
can be assured the material you drop off will not be shipped to our office in East Haven, CT. The material is picked up by
a Multimedia Solutions employee and brought directly to the office. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know that
it has been picked up and that it's in the office. We will also give you an estimated time that the job will be completed
and we may also ask for a deposit depending on the size job. When the job is finished we will contact you for your credit
card information and then let you know when it will be delivered back to the location you dropped it off at.
