a free drop off service in the following Connecticut Counties:

and we are located in the following towns:
Branford, Canterbury, Canton, Enfield, Madison, Marlborough,
Middletown, Milford, Mystic, New Haven, Niantic,
Simsbury, Stafford Springs, Taftville, Stratford, Westbrook, Wethersfield, Wolcott
We offer
a free drop off service in the following Massachusetts towns:
Chicopee, South Hadley, Sturbridge
& Westfield

How it works
The service is easy to use, no appointment is necessary.
The stores will have you fill out a Multimedia Solutions order form. They will record what you are dropping off, they will
not ask you for money. All monetary transactions are handled directly by Multimedia Solutions.
Pickup Schedules
Our schedule for pickups depends if any jobs have
been dropped off at any of the locations. We are currently going to these locations weekly.
Rush Jobs
We can often accommodate rush jobs from these locations.
Please call us and let us know that it's a rush job and we will make arrangements to pick up your media as quick as possible,
so that we can meet your deadline.

The telephone numbers listed for the drop off locations
is to verify the store hours and for directions any other questions please call us at the East Haven, CT office. Toll Free
at (877)365-2DVD or (203) 468-1575.
You can be assured the material you drop off will
not be shipped to our office in East Haven, CT. The material is picked up by a Multimedia Solutions employee and brought directly
to the office. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know that it has been picked up and that it's in the office.
We will also give you an estimated time that the job will be completed and we may also ask for a deposit depending on the
size job. When the job is finished we will contact you for your credit card information and then let you know when it will
be delivered back to the location you dropped it off at.
This is a FREE Service

Wedding & Event Videographers. We met Ken & Carol in 2005 at the Mohegan Sun Home Show. We done the editing of their
Wedding videos as well as personal work. Recently Ken & Carol have gone full time with their business and we
approached them about being a drop off location for us. This location is by appointment only.
